Overview: period at end of Instance publication date field should be removed
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log into FOLIO-snapshot-load as diku_admin
- Go to Data Import
- Load the attached MARC file (305080075.mrc) using the secret button
- Once loaded, go to Inventory and search for the title: Bloomsbury bauman reader
- View the publication date field of the Instance
Expected Results: There should not be a period at the end of 2016
Actual Results: There is
Additional Information: See attached screenshots. Please confirm that these are the punctuation rules we're using for mapping from 260/264 $c to Inventory Instance publication date field:
Punctuation for 260/264 $c mapping:
- Remove the period (.) at the end of the subfield, if there is one
- Do not remove a dash
or close bracket (]) at the end of the subfield, if there is one.
- Do not remove any punctuation within the individual subfields except at the end of the subfields
