Allow for a Record's ID to be provided by the 999 field of an incoming rawRecord.

Currently a Record's identifier is being set by a randomly assigned UUID:

And this id, I believe, is used to assign the 999 field here.

The purpose of this issue would be to include logic here that will check to see if the incoming raw record already has a UUID in the 999 field, and in that case use that value for the records identifier.
