SRS marc record leader is incorrect

When a marc record is ingested into SRS, the process creates a 999 field which currently contains two subfields, $s and $i. Since the ingest process creates the new field, it should account for the length of that new field in the record length portion of the marc record leader (LDR/00-04). I have attached an example of a marc record as displayed by view source button to illustrate the problem. It lists record length as 1424, which is the length of the record as exported by Voyager; it should be longer to account for the new 999.
