Old versions can eat up messages intended for newer version. Except they spit and make a fuss

Overview: Folio upgraded to lotus-hf3, single server. Accidentally old versions of module got started. That resulted in import errors.
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Upgrade to lotus-hf3, one hf at a time. Now you should have v. 5.3.4 
2. Leave v. 5.2.8 running, or start it again
3. Import marc records
4. Scratch head and scream for help in slack. (Optional)

Expected Results: Imports should work fine, except if there is an actual error of course
Actual Results: Imported with errors
