Errors Are Not Logged

It appears that errors are not logged to a file or console output when exceptions occur. I have noticed this in SourceStorageSnapshotsImpl.java. There is exception handling code but it is not utilized when errors occur during asynchronous chaining. Exceptions are converted to the HTTP response instead. This makes troubleshooting harder since there are not error logs to review.

Acceptance Criteria

• Exceptions are logged to console output
• If other areas of the code other than SourceStorageSnapshotsImpl exhibits the same problem. It should be fixed as well.
