Change mechanism for snapshot processing for adding status for Import jobs that are stopped by users

    Description

      While working on this ticket: MODSOURMAN-779, it seems like there should be changed mechanism for processing snapshots inside mod-source-record-storage.

      There should be added new status 'CANCELLED' to the 'status' field inside DB for the "snapshots"-table. 

       

      Also, improved code for executing code with the new status.
