Source record id problem

the customer has a problem with viewing source for marc record and can't edit it with the QuickMarc.
Requiest in RRT:

Can't view the source of the marc record in UI inventory and can't edit it with the quickMarc: I can see those options in Actions but can't apply them:
 

 
Developer tool shows 404 respond from source-record-storage:
 

 

 
The same 404 error is in module logs in AWS.
 
When I try to get this record from the DB, I can see it in tenant_mod_inventory_storage.instance, but there's no record with such id in tenant_mod_source_record_storage.records_lb. When I try to accomplish all the steps above for another tenant – I can see a record both in inventory and in source-record.
So I assume that the root cause of the problem is in incorrect data for mod-srs which is corrupted somehow (during the upgrade, manually etc.)

The customer has provided a link to the similar issue: MODSOURCE-300
but that is the case when the id column is empty. In our case it is not null but it does not correspond to the one in inventory.
