Schema migration error when upgrading from Juniper hotfix 4.3 to Kiwi-GA

Overview:
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Upgrade mod-srs using POST /install endpoint to mod-source-record-storage-5.2.6 This will start mod-srs schema migration. 

Expected Results:

mod-srs enables successfully without any schema migration errors

Actual Results:

mod-srs enables successfully but schema migration fails.

Additional Information:
While working on upgrading a multi-tenant cluster from Juniper hotfix 4.3 to Kiwi-GA. After upgrading a tenant to Kiwi-GA, I don’t see external_hrid and external_id in records_lb table. Instead, I see instance_id and instance_hrid. I tried disabling and enabling mod-SRS multiple times but no difference.
This is only happening to a subset of tenants.

I see a migration error in the mod-SRS log. Also, I have attached the complete log for reference.
