Provide sample data of underlying MARC records in SRS to be surfaced in Inventory

We had a temporary solution for populate of MARC source records in the CI envs (MODINVSTOR-143). With the SRS solution being implemented we'll need to implement MARC records in SRS again. These MARC records is to be surfaces in instance records with View source button. When click on the button the direct link will go to the given record in SRS marc storage
