    Description

      Purpose/Overview: 

      **We don't need handler MarcHoldingsEventHandler in the SRS. To avoid unnecessary call from SRS 

       

      Technical approach:

      • **Remove MarcHoldingsEventHandler and AbstractMarcEventHandler
      • Revert MarcAuthorityEventHandler to previous commit
      • Refactor tests (AbstractMarcEventHandlerTest)
