Create a script that checks for multiple 001s in an SRS

Its needed to create a script that checks for multiple 001s in an SRS MARC record. It should work with all 3 MARC types: MARC Bibs, Holdings, and Authorities.

The result of this script will help to identify librarians corrupted data where multiple 001 fields exist in fields array, something like this:

So based on this example record #4 has corrupted data and should be identified by this script. Script results should be presented in a convenient way for data owners to analyze.

Output of the script is UUID of the relevant SRS record and count of 001s on it
