    Description

      Purpose/Overview:

      Relates to MODQM-122 fix. Records that were updated via quickMarc don't contain instance HRID in `records_lb` table.

      Migration script should be created to populate instance HRID where it is missed. instanceHrid could be fetched from the record's 001 field.

      We should join tables by id from records_lb _and id from _marc_records_lb, also we shouldn't migrate HRID if instance_id _ IS NULL in the _records_lb.
