Description

Fix tests: InstancePostProcessingEventHandlerTest.java - They timeout for currently unknown reason
Add handler test for ParsedRecordChunksKafkaHandler.java - should assert records persisted correctly
Refactor for consistency; handlers should have consistent naming and package structure
Review all the tests in the module and fix the ignored
