Generated SourceStorageSourceRecordsClient is not using query params

    Description

      Overview:
      Because of the generated SourceStorageSourceRecordsClient is not using query params, all records are returned in getSourceStorageSourceRecords() without filtering

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. GET /oai/records?verb=ListIdentifiers&metadataPrefix=marc21&from=2055-01-01&until=3999-01-01
      2. Review response from SRS
      1. Click this
        Expected Results:
        SRS returns no records.
        Actual Results:
        SRS returns all records.
        Additional Information:
        mod-oai-pmh is using the generated client from source-record storage where this bug is reproduced.
