    Description

      Sample data should contain:

      • "externalIdsHolder" field with Instance id
      • parsedRecord should contain "999" field with filled "s" and "i" subfields
      • "001" field with instance hrid, existing value moved to "035" field
      • "leader" of the parsedRecord should be adjusted to reflect updated length of the Record
      • population of sample data should be adjusted in ModTenantApi
