Kiwi - Item status becomes ‘In Transit’ when item returns to the remote storage

Overview:
GVSU production server contains multiple locations with same remote storage configuration. When receiving Item Return message, item status changes from 'Available' to 'In Transit'.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create several locations with same remote storage configuration
2. Check out and check in item with remote effective location
3. Leverage /remote-storage/return/<remoteStrorageConfigurationId> endpoint

Expected results:
Item status is 'Available'

Actual results:
Item status is 'In transit'
