Extend RS configuration to support accession workflow for CaiaSoft

Purpose/Overview:

Remote Storage configuration should be extended to support new parameters:

accessionWorkflowDetails:

enum: [DUPLICATE_HOLDINGS, CHANGE_PERMANENT_LOCATION]

Requirements/Scope:

1. accessionWorkflowDetails were added to the schema

Approach:

Extend schema https://github.com/folio-org/mod-remote-storage/blob/master/src/main/java/org/folio/rs/domain/entity/Configuration.java to support mentioned fields

ReturningWorkflowDetails should be used as an example

Acceptance criteria:

• Schema is extended
• Unit tests cover new fields
