Accession Flow (Duke)

Purpose/Overview:

Automatically split/duplicate holdings record in accession process for CaiaSoft users (Duke flow).

Requirements/Scope:
The "Holdings handling workflow" is set to "Duplicate holdings":

1. If such a holdings record is in place, the accessioned item is automatically moved to this holding (this is already implemented)
2. If there are more then one holding in place - error should be returned
3. If there isn’t such a holdings record
   1. Сurrent holdings record is automatically duplicated
   2. Holdings permanent location is changed to new final location (remote)
   3. Item is moved to created holdings record

Approach:
This should be integrated in the accession flow has already implemented in scope of MODRS-37. Complete approach is described here: CaiaSoft Business Workflows.

Acceptance criteria:

• Accession flow should be updated as described.
• Unit tests coverage is at least 80%.
