Unable to view configuration edits in third pane

Overview: When editing a configuration, edits do not appear in third pane after saving
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into FOLIO 
2. Go to Settings > Remote storage
3. Select an existing configuration 
4. Select Edit from the Actions dropdown
5. Edit the URL
6. Click Save and close and Save when prompted 
7. Check the URL in the third pane

Expected Results: Edited URL should appear
Actual Results: URL before edits appear
