Caiasoft: Holdings duplication during accession flow

Purpose/Overview:
FOLIO duplicates holding if "Duplicate holdings record" is enabled.

Requirements/Scope:

1. Point 5 from Accession flow initiated by Remote storage system

Approach:
If setting “Duplicate holdings record” is selected (it can be retrieved from Remote Storage Configuration), the workflow in step 3 from MODRS-37 is enabled:
FOLIO checks the current instance for the existence of a holdings record with a location which matches the new item’s permanent location:
1. If such holdings record is in place, accessioned item is automatically moved to this holding
2. If there isn’t such holdings record:

• current holdings record is automatically duplicated
• holdings permanent location is changed to new item’s permanent location
• item is automatically moved to created holdings record

Acceptance criteria:

• New code coverage by unit tests is at least 80%
