Method for check-in item in primary Service Point

Purpose/Overview:
After receiving a request, remote storage staff gets the item off the shelf and Remote Storage System sends a notification to FOLIO, which should trigger automatic check-in of the item in FOLIO to the service point which is a primary SP for the item's effective remote location. It will change the status to "In-transit".

Requirements/Scope:

1. When the REST endpoint: "/remote-storage/retrieve/remoteStorageConfigurationId/checkInItem" request is recieved, there should be call circulation module to check-in the item in the primary service points of its locaton (which is remote location).
