    Description

      In order to customize converter's exceptions one need to return error with source of issue description instead of generic internal server error.

      Acceptance criteria:
      1) Validation for control fields 006, 007, 008 is improved (BE should send ConverterException with corresponding description)
      2) Unit tests, API tests are fixed if needed
