Cannot Add a MARC holdings in Lotus Bugfest environment

1. Go to Inventory
2. Find an instance record with Source = MARC - https://bugfest-lotus.int.aws.folio.org/inventory/view/2bb8ccee-afae-42dc-96ca-5c923d0f044c?query=vanishing+half&sort=title
3. Go to Actions on the instance record and select Add MARC holdings record 
4. Add a 852 $b value
5. Hit Save 

Expected outcome: MARC holdings record created 

Actual outcome: Nothing - See error message https://bugfest-lotus.int.aws.folio.org/data-import/log/d9569a86-a039-4c72-93fb-14a3d7ae8d2e/5f79860f-c36c-4632-b8e4-5247595e5b79
