    Description

      1. Go to snapshot
      2. Go to Inventory app 
      3. Select  Actions > Add a new MARC holdings 
      4. Add multiple 852 tags with a valid $b <<location value>>
      5. Hit Save  

      Expected outcome: Display error message [: Record cannot be saved. Can only have one MARC 852]

      Actual outcome: Holdings record is created and only one MARC 852 is saved.
