      3. Edit a bib record via quickMARC
      4. No errors
      5. Hit Save

      Expected outcome: Saves updates and Save toast notification displays

      Actual outcome: Sometimes you get the Save toast notification. Edit the same record again, sometimes you get a red error message that [Record not saved: Communication problem with server. Please try again.] WHEN This occurs, you can click "X" and the changes ARE saved
