Description
Overview: I'm unable to configure a user login with a password on Snapshot. This problem was first observed 10/25/2021.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log into Snapshot as diku_admin user
- Create a new user with a username
- Edit the user and assign one or more FOLIO permissions, save;
- Edit the user again and click "Send reset password email"
- Grab the URL for the password reset
- Open an incognito window and copy/paste the password reset URL;
- Input a new password twice;
- Click save
Expected Results: When the password is rated as "very strong", you are able to reset the password and then log into snapshot with that user using the new password
Actual Results: Password reset fails with "Sorry, the information entered does not pass our records."
Additional Information:
I've included a screenshot below with the password visible; I've tried with several different passwords auto-generated by LastPass that FOLIO is telling me are "very strong," but am not able to get past this point.
