Description

Purpose/Overview:
Add unit tests (potentially some integration tests) to validate and test the logic implemented in new version of the module based on Spring framework

Requirements/Scope:

provide tests for all known validators (RegExp/Programmatic/PwnedPassword)
provide tests for validation rule service
test the controllers (if the logic is not straightforward)
test API with integration tests

Acceptance criteria:

tests are present in the module
test coverage is above 80%
