    Description

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Set up vagrant box locally (via 'vagrant up')
      2. Get logs from 'mod-pubsub'

      Expected Results:
      Logs should have information about successfully logged in and the new record to 'user_permissions' should be added.

      Actual Results:
      The module wasn`t logged in and the new record wasn`t created.
