    Description

      Health check fails on Jenkins while building docker image for mod-pubsub. And it was temporary disabled in this PR: https://github.com/folio-org/mod-pubsub/pull/5/files
      In this story we need to enable health check in the Jenkinsfile and deal with successfully build for docker image on Jenkins.
