R3 2021 Bug Fix
Description
From code inspection it is apparent that there's a socket leak in mod-pubsub-server.. A HttpClient is created for each request. A HttpClient/WebClient should only be created once per Vert.x instance. It is a factory of requests.
This affects all versions of mod-pubsub (since December 2019).
