    Description

      As with MODPATBLK-42 and MODPATBLK-46, Holly noticed delays with the clearing of the "Maximum outstanding fee/fine balance' block when the Patron Block Limit for fee/fine balance was removed in Settings>Users>Patron Block: Limits. After clearing the Limit, I went to check out a book for the patron and a blank Patron Block Modal appeared...
