    Description

      Issues with automated patron blocks are difficult to troubleshoot without ability to inspect the underlying UseSummary objects.
      To achieve that the developers need to get either a direct access to the database or a diagnostic endpoint.

      Endpoint to be created in scope of this story: GET /user-summary/
