    Description

      Overview:
      Following the schema update in MODORGS-1, sample/reference data need to be created/updated accordingly.

      • Categories is considered reference data, not sample data. Make changes to data loading as necessary. This means changes are needed in the tenant API impl.
      • Update all sample data to align with schema changes made in MODORGS-1 (e.g. "vendors" -> "organizations", remove vendor_type, add isVendor, rename vendor_status -> status, etc.)

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • New reference data has been created
      • Updates to data loading have been made
        • Categories -> Reference Data
      • Unit tests have been created/updated as needed
