Cleanup unused organization APIs

Overview:
We've changed the direction in which we're taking the vendors/orgs app several times. This has unfortunately resulted in some disconnects between some of the APIs. The plan is to clean this up in two ways:

Deprecate some of the APIs - that is to keep the RAML and schemas in place, but to add comments to the RAML descriptions and README explaining that these APIs are not currently in use and may at some point be removed or resurrected.

• addresses
• emails
• urls
• phone_numbers

Remove the API, and all or parts of schemas.

• vendor_type - remove completely - API, schemas, and field in the organization schema (schema are covered in scope of MODORGS-1)
• accounts - remove API only.
• aliases - remove API only
• agreements - remove API only

Acceptance Criteria:

• Deprecated APIs have notes in the RAML descriptions and in README
• Removed APIs are removed from the module descriptor and RAML has been removed
• Schemas and examples have been removed as indicated above
• Sample data has been updated as needed
