Improve Unit test Execution

Overview:
Currently each end point test case is creating a separate data base and deleting it. Instead, we should use a test Suite so that a tenant is created and after all the tests are run, the database is cleared.

NOTE: mod-orders-storage tests will work as a good reference

Acceptance-criteria

• Test Suite is created and used to run all the tests
• Test coverage remains above 80%
