    Description

      Overview: Setup mod-organizations project in the github repository
      Follow instructions defined in Create a new FOLIO module and do initial setup

      Acceptance Criteria:

      The mod-organizations project is created
      Boilerplate files (README, NEWS, PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE, LICENSE, Dockerfile, CONTRIBUTORS, Jenkinsfile, pom.xml, etc.) have been created
      The maven pom.xml has been updated to run raml-module-builder
      No need to enable publishing and deployment in Jenkins file at the moment
      Standard directories have been created (src, descriptors, raml, etc.)
