      Add unit test coverage for the following APIs:

      Alerts,
      Claims,
      Licenses,
      ReportingCodes,
      Sources

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • Test coverage is 80% or higher.
      • Both positive and negative scenarios are covered
      • Shared code is leveraged to avoid duplications
