Add 'purchase_order_id' and "dateOrdered" to the receiving_history_view

Purpose:

• /orders-storage/receiving-history endpoint should be capable of searching by PO id, so that UI can use it to get details required to start the Receiving flow.
• PO "Date Ordered" should be displayed on the receiving history screen

High-Level Requirements:

• add 'purchase_order_id' to the receiving_history_view so that it's possible to call to /orders-storage/receiving-history?query=purchase_order_id==bec04e5d-2542-4fca-bc57-b4d05a321966 to get required information
• add PO 'dateOrdered' to the receiving_history_view

Acceptance criteria:

• schemas and examples are updated
  • add purchaseOrderId
  • add PO dateOrdered
  • camelCase fields
• /orders-storage/receiving-history endpoint is capable of searching by PO id and returns PO 'Date Ordered'
  • the view is updated
• Unit tests are updated to test the functionality
