Description
Many of the UUIDs in our sample data don't actually point to other sample data records. More specifically this involves identifying and fixing UUIDs which aren't valid.
The problem of referencing records in other apps is outside the scope of this story. However, references within orders should be accurate.
Examples of existing invalid UUIDs:

The 'v' and 'g' are invalid here...
