Order export date not set during EDIFACT export

Overview: The Order export date is no being set when the EDIFACT export is completed. Because of this the orders are being exported multiple times

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into Bugfest-lotus
2. Click Orders app
3. Create new order for SREBSCO with BR00001 account
4. Open order
5. navigate to export manager
6. Click organization tab
7. select an export job for the method "TEST EDI FTP"
8. Click "rerun"
9. Filter orders by Date exported for the current day

Expected Results: EDI file is created and uploaded. EDI file only includes your order line. Order appears in filter list

Actual Results: EDI file is created and uploaded. EDI file only includes ALL orders in system associated with that export. No orders with export date of current day.
