Kiwi - Tenant migration from Iris-hotfix-3 to Juniper failed

Overview:

Migrating a tenant from v12.0.1 to v13.0.2 failed with the following error -

On checking logs - we see this error -  ERROR [vert.x-eventloop-thread-1] MigrationService Cross Migration for fund code synchronization failed

A similar issue was fixed here - https://issues.folio.org/browse/MODORDSTOR-233

As a workaround, I tried to upgrade to v13.0.1 and still see the same error -

Data/Schema migration for a tenant passes

Actual Results:

Data/Schema migration for a tenant failed
