BE - Publication date not populated when using "Title look up"

    Description

      Overview: It appears in the POL that if the publication date is in brackets [2020] or preceded by a copyright symbol in the descriptive data of the instance, the pub date is not brought over to the POL.  If the pub date is just the usual four numbers, it carries over.

      Approach:
      1. Remove patter "publicationDate" schema : ramls/acq-models/mod-orders-storage/schemas/po_line.json
