Adjust POL "create inventory" field overriding

    Description

      Adjust the values in the Create inventory fields of the Physical resource and E-resources accordions, based on the values supplied in the Purchase order status and POL Order format fields, and the Inventory record types referenced in the job profile used to import the MARC Bib file and create orders.

      NOTE: Only adjust the Create inventory values if the PO status is Open. Do not adjust the Create inventory values if the PO status is Pending

      For QA: Decide if we should create tests for all 16 "Open" scenarios and the 1 "Pending" scenario (so 17 scenarios total)
