Overview: POL exported even though manual export for PO is true
**

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into bugfest-mg with User X
2. Create PO for vendors SREBSCO
3. Add pol with account number BR90001-01 PRINT and acq method "Purchase"
4. save and close
5. Open order
6. Run "Test export" in export manager

Expected Results: No order lines from the created order are exported

Actual Results: Order line from the created order appears on the export file
