Some fields of the piece are not populated when receiving/unreceiving

Overview: When user is receiving or unreceiving some pieces, then some fields (e.g. "Caption", "Chronology", etc.) are not populated from corresponding pieces.

Steps to Reproduce:

  A) Receiving: (will be fixed on UI side UIREC-220)

1. Log into some FOLIO environment
2. Go to the "Receiving" app
3. Select a title for an order in status "Open"/"Closed"
4. Select an expected piece with all filled fields and active checkboxes
   OR click "Add piece" button in "Expected" accordion's actions menu AND fill all fields and select all checkboxes
5. Click "Quick receive" button in modal

    Expected Results: The piece was successfully saved and received, the values of all fields correspond to the values before receiving.
    Actual Results: "Chronology" field is empty and "Display on holding" checkbox is inactive.

    Additional Information: The same issue if pieces are receiving through the receiving form (Expected accordion actions menu -> Receive button)

B) Unreceiving:

1. Log into some FOLIO environment
2. Go to the "Receiving" app
3. Select a title for an order in status "Open"/"Closed"
4. Find/create a received piece with all filled fields and active checkboxes (will be unreceived later)
5. Click on "Unreceive" button in "Received" accordion's actions menu
6. Select the piece from Step 4 AND click "Unreceive" button

    Expected Results: The piece was successfully unreceived, the values of all fields correspond to the values before unreceiving.
    Actual Results: "Caption", "Chronology", "Enumeration" fields are empty, "Display on holding" checkbox is inactive
