    Description

      Overview:
      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create order
      2. Create order line with create inventory = None or Instance
      3. press Add piece and select location
      4. press Save

      Expected Results:

      Holding shouldn't be created as create inventory value doesn't include Holding
      Actual Results:

      Holding is created
