    Description

      Overview: Cannot open multiline PO with same expense class on each POL. If all POLs have the same expense class the PO fails to open

      Note this was also observed with invoices

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Log into bugfest-iris
      2. Create PO
      3. Create POL with fund and expense class X
      4. Create POL2 with fund and expense class X
      5. Open PO

      Expected Results: Purchase order is opened successfully

      Actual Results: "Order could not be saved" message is displayed
