CANNOT receive pieces against package POL

Overview: When receiving titles for package POLs I'm getting generic errors every time I try to receive a piece. Pieces can be created and items are created successfully but piece cannot be transitioned from expected to received.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into some FOLIO environment as User X
2. Click orders app
3. Create Order
4. Create isPackage POL and fill all required fields
5. Set create inventory to "Instance, holding, item"
6. Open order
7. Navigate to receiving app
8. Create title for your Package POL
9. Add piece to title
10. Receive piece

Expected Results: Piece is received successfully and status changes from Expected to Received. If item connected item status is changed to in process.

Actual Results: Toast message appears that reads "Receive error". Nothing happens to piece or related item
