Description
Purpose/Overview: When users try to reopen an order that is set to "Manually add pieces for receiving" that has received pieces. FOLIO forces user to delete all pieces. It should not force the user to do anything for these types of order line.
Steps to reproduce
- Login to FOLIO bugfest-iris
- User opens POL with "Manually add pieces" = true
- User creates and receives pieces for it for that POL. Ideally they are connected to item records
- Then user unopens that order and reopens that order **
Expected Results: FOLIO reopens the order successfully.
Actual Results: FOLIO forces the user to delete pieces. Seems the system is trying to reconcile the quantity with the number of pieces. This is not needed when the order is "Manually add pieces" as the quantity of the order and the number of pieces will never be the same in this case.
