    Description

      Purpose/Overview:
      To support the case 3 from comment https://issues.folio.org/browse/MODFISTO-157?focusedCommentId=92917&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-92917 an encumbrance must contain the current order status

      Approach:

      • when order.workflowStatus is changed create or update encumbrances with actual status

      Acceptance criteria:

      • logic updated
      • unit test updated
      • integration tests updated
